A dedicated closed-loop water chiller cools spindle and torque motors for efficient heat dissipation and stable operating temperatures. It minimizes thermal distortion, protects dimensional stability and surface quality, extends component life and supports reliable 24/7 production.

CNC-embedded kinematic compensation

Thermal effects, wear and heavy loads can create small deviations between the swivelling rotary table and X/Y/Z axes. CNC kinematic functions identify and compensate for these deviations throughout the machine life cycle.

Integrated Mill-Turn capability

The optional Mill-Turn configuration combines milling and turning in one setup, reducing cycle time, transfers and re-clamping errors while improving geometric accuracy for complex, high-value components.

  • High-rigidity torque motor-driven C-axis with closed-loop water cooling and dedicated inner/outer bearing cooling.
  • 800 mm (31.5 in) table diameter; 1,000 rpm maximum turning speed.
  • Maximum table load: 850 kg (1,873 lb) turning; 1,200 kg (2,645 lb) milling.

Tool measurement system

Measures tool length, radius and profile under thermally stable machining conditions. Automatic offset updates, breakage detection and in-process verification reduce setup time and scrap while improving process reliability.
