VTM-1216GC and VTM-1616GC complete complex aerospace components for both new-part production and MRO applications, using ceramic tools and aluminum-alloy machining with high productivity and surface quality.
A centrally positioned RAM integrates a direct-drive milling spindle and centre-through coolant gearbox. The S1 22 kW / 560 Nm spindle exceeds the typical 400 Nm requirement for HRSA machining.
A right-side umbrella-type ATC with AAC attachment changer works with a left-side high-capacity disc-type ATC.
VTM-1216GC and VTM-2023GC machine mission-critical defence parts in HRSA, stainless steel, aluminum alloys and composite materials. VTM-1216GC is specified for ARROW-3 missile components; VTM-2023GC supports ARROW-4 and ARROW-5 components.

An in-house long-stroke crank-type chuck and custom workholding accommodate automated loading without fixture relocation. Twin spindle motors deliver up to 162 kW total output.
VTM-2023GC and VTM-4050GC are designed for heavy-duty machining of oversized mining equipment and industrial components.
A moving-crossrail double-column structure, one-piece spheroidal graphite cast iron body and 340 mm square RAM provide rigidity and vibration damping across a large machining envelope.
